What is Prodigy Music Academy?
Prodigy Music Academy was founded in 2023 by Corwin Belnap as a Vocal Coaching Studio serving kids in East Idaho. He worked with the Marsh Valley Drama Department on their State Competition Pieces and helped them with their school performance of Little Shop of Horrors, earning them a bid to the 2024 Patty Duke Awards. After a year of Private Coaching, and with more and more requests coming in for a place for younger kids, Corwin decided it was time to create a place for young kids age 7-12 to learn the wonders of music in a way that will stick with them. Hence, the birth of the Little Prodigies Children's Choir. Prodigy Music Academy (PMA) strives to help kids not only become great singers and performers, but exceptional people throughout their lives. At PMA, we believe that "the highest goal of music is to connect one's soul to their Divine Nature, not entertainment" (Pythagoras).

Prodigy Music Academy shoots for the moon. And if we miss, we will land among the stars!

That is why we want to create a Children's Choir in the Pocatello/Marsh Valley area. We want to give kids a launchpad for which all their dreams may spring.
We want to build their confidence from a young age so that they will be successful long after they're done with us.
We want to provide young performers with a space to dream, to achieve, and to discover.

And most of all, we want to shape the future.

Prodigy Music Academy isn't just some other coaching studio. We are a center of untamed imagination...and a place of endless potential.

With the creation of the Little Prodigies Children's Choir, we are seeking to expand that idea even further.

We want our kids to PERFORM! So we're lining up opportunities for our Little Prodigies to do so. And we don't mean recitals. We're talking about concerts, parades, events, you name it! Each show will make your child feel like the rockstar they are!
